1.Screen Requirements

The wire mesh and metal wire used in the glass are divided into ordinary wire and special wire, the diameter of ordinary wire is above 0.4mm, or special wire is more than 0.3mm. Screen mesh glass should be treated with spot welding wire mesh.

2.The length and width size deviation tolerance is ± 4.0mm.

3.Bending degree

3.2 Wire polished glass should be less than 0.5%.

4. The size of glass edge bulge, notch and skew glass edge bulge shall not exceed 6mm, the skew size shall not exceed 4mm. One piece of glass is only allowed to have a notch, the depth of the notch should not exceed 6mm.
