Working principle

Detailed explanation of several processing methods for dimming glass
1. One-step vacuum forming method. The equipment has a simple structure, but there are very few equipments that can make dimming glass. The processing technology seems to be simple, but the accuracy of temperature control is very high in the actual operation process, and the waste phenomenon that occurs will be bubbles, tackless, fog. Due to the high production cost of dimming glass sheets, the capacity of processing waste should not exceed one percent. Therefore, non-standard enterprises and enterprises whose technical capabilities cannot achieve precise control generally do not dare to use this method to produce switchable glass. At present, there are very few manufacturers in China who have mastered the essence of "one-step" dimming glass processing. However, the dimming glass finished by this method has a long service life and relatively stable performance.
2. Processing with autoclave. The previous process of autoclave processing is actually similar to one-step processing, and later it is formed by autoclaving at high pressure and high temperature. Autoclave processing can effectively avoid bubbles, open glue and other phenomena, but the shortcomings are also obvious, because the pressure of the sheet glass formed by the autoclave is twice as high as that of the one-step vacuum molding, and the conductive film of the main interlayer material of the dimming glass is caused by the shrinkage rate. The conductive coating is broken or the resistivity is increased, so that the performance and service life of the finished switchable glass are greatly shortened.
The autoclave molding method must be used exclusively for equipment for dimming glass. It is precisely suitable for the characteristics of dimming glass. Unfortunately, at present, there are very few manufacturers in China, most of which are mixed with conventional laminated glass. The frequent parameter adjustment of the autoclave is guaranteed. It is not easy to damage the equipment without the parameter requirements of the dimming glass.
3. The water bath method is to immerse the sealed jig in a 100-degree water tank. The temperature of various processing processes is the most accurate and uniform, but the manufacturing of the jig is very difficult, and only used by Japanese manufacturers.
